ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR: The front door opens directly into open plan Livingroom/Kitchen with cork flooring and stone walls Living area wood burning stove, leather two seater settee and matching armchair, coffee table, dining table, two chairs, chest of drawers, t.v., video, radio/cd player Kitchen area electric hob, refrigerator, combination microwave oven (cooks by microwave, convection or grill) and range of built in wooden units. Ledged and braced doors lead to Bedroom double pine bed (4'6"), tiny bedside shelf, built in wardrobe with some shelving and Shower room Shower cubicle with electric shower, basin, w.c. GARDEN & PARKING: There is a garden and parking area just across the lane from the barn for sole use of occupants. The garden is a small grassy area and patio with picnic bench, having a super view down the valley. There is a shed for use of the occupants, big enough to house two bicycles.
